1. Acceptance

Using the ReplyAI Love app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app suggests wording for messages you choose to send, based on text you give it. It does not send messages for you, does not connect to your accounts in other apps, and never contacts anyone on your behalf. You decide what gets sent, and you are responsible for it.

3. Minimum age

The app is for people aged 18 and over.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate another person, or deceive anyone
• generate unlawful, abusive, or sexually explicit content
• contact minors
• send bulk or unsolicited messages
• circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer, or attack the service

Breaking this section may result in access being withdrawn without a refund.

5. AI-generated content

Suggestions are produced by a language model and may be wrong, inappropriate, or badly suited to the situation. You are never required to send them, and you are responsible for any message you do send.

6. Subscription and payment

ReplyAI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by the store you downloaded the app from, under its terms. Cancellation is done in your store account settings, not in the app. The app remains usable without a subscription, within a free daily allowance.

7. Privacy

What we collect and how it is used is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms: Privacy Policy

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new update date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including outcomes of messages that were sent.
