Privacy Policy (English)

What we collect

• The message text you choose to generate from. When you tap "Generate", the text you copied is sent to our server to produce replies. We do not read or log anything else you type.
• A random device ID to count daily free replies. Not linked to your name, email, phone, or Apple ID.
• Settings (language, style, gender, recipient) stored on your device to personalize replies.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not log your keystrokes.
• We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or browsing history.
• We do not sell or rent your data.
• The keyboard's "Full Access" is used only to read the message you choose and to fetch replies over a secure (HTTPS) connection.

How data is used

Message text is sent to our backend and AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate replies, and is not used to train models. It also enforces the free daily limit and unlocks unlimited replies for subscribers.

Third parties

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes message text to generate replies.
• Supabase — stores the random device ID and daily usage count.
• Vercel — hosts our backend.
• RevenueCat / Apple — process subscription purchases. We never see your card details.

Retention

Message text is processed to create replies and is not stored long-term. Your device ID and usage count are kept while the app is in use; email us to request deletion.

Children

ReplyAI Love is intended for users 17+ and is not directed at children.

Your choices

• Disable "Allow Full Access" in iOS Settings at any time.
• Turn off "Save conversation context" in settings.
• Request deletion of your data by emailing us.
